Our work centers around equipping unemployed adults, youths in between schools, teenagers on vacation, physically challenged youths and others ( rehabilitated addicts, idle women, under employed, etc) with vocational, technical and entrepreneurial skills to empower them, equip them and ensure that they become financially independent.
Our institute is open to those who wish to acquire professional skills to empower themselves to access industry jobs or generate their own income or to sponsors who wish to transform the lives of unemployed persons through TVET – lifetime technical, vocational, or entrepreneurship training. Training at FSD, covers business management, workplace etiquettes, practical vocational and technical training.
The institute is now housed in a very spacious property and has 14 fully air-conditioned training rooms with capacity to train over 200 people at a time.
The vision of the institute is to empower many people yearly with skills that will transform their lives, cause them to be highly skilled / well valued employees or become self-employed and transition to become employers of labor. This will in turn transform the lives of thousands of people yearly.

Over 85% job placements after training is premised on the fact that at FSD, we teach skills which enable young men and women get into jobs immediately after training or you work for yourself with hands-on experience acquired during training.
The multiplier effect of the successes we have achieved is verifiable and measurable. So far, we have done well, and the success stories span all over Nigeria – the North, South, East and West, with positive training track records in fourteen states of Nigeria.
FSD has focused on helping youths to discover their talents and abilities; teaching them to nurture these abilities and utilize them to generate good incomes.
