Training methodology for this course is a combination of lectures, group exercises, projects, excursions, role playing and assignments.
Being in a sector of the nation’s economy that meets the catering, tourism and hospitality needs of people, trainees are indispensable across all sectors of the economy.
The training guarantees that participants will be able to transfer skills that have been acquired, meet domestic and international needs of people through provision of food, drinks, hors d’oeuvres, accommodation, and general wellbeing of humans.
Trainees independently practice what is being taught in the class – hands on practical sessions.
Duration of training is for a period between 3-months and 12 months depending on modules chosen by the trainee.
