Seven (7) months ago someone posted some skilled acquisition programs on a WhatsApp group I belong to, and to my surprise, the courses were free and was sponsored at FSD by ITF-NECA. I made enquiries on some of the programs and chose Electrical Installations. When lectures started it was not as easy as I thought with so many setbacks both personal and family and coupled with the Covid-19 pandemic, but with constant mentorship from the director and our instructors they inspired and motivated me the more. I thank God that today that I can proudly say that I can do any form of domestic electrical installations, identifying faults and correcting them. I can also proudly say that within this period I have collected jobs and made good money. My plan after this program is to establish a stall where I can be selling electrical accessories and materials and run domestic electrical installations and maintenance jobs.
